- The Office of Strategic Initiatives of the Library of Congress requires HP TeamSite and Open Deploy software licenses and software maintenance for its National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) compliant Content Management System. The The Library intends to issue this requirement as a sole source order to Microlink LLC, the manufacturer's only authorized reseller to the federal market. Any firm that wishes to be considered for this requirement must submit a capability statement and a copy of a valid letter of supply or other appropriate agreement with the manufacturer.
