- BLM has a requirement for water system improvements for the Britton Springs Administrative Site located approximately 10 miles north of Lovell WY. Improvements include but are not limited to the the installation of new buried waterlines from the wells to the pump room piping; installaion of new waterlines and hydrants; well pit abandonment; misc piping reconfigurations in the existing pump room; and misc electrical work. Work under this contract is located in Big Horn County, WY. The period of performance is 30 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP is anticipated to be issued September 22, 2014. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $150,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 237110. This is a total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The small business size standard is $33.5 million. A 100% payment protection will be required for contracts greater than $30,000. Payment protection will be due within 10 days upon notification of our intent to make award. Payment protection can be submitted by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. Prospective contractors must be registered System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
