Response to Question Received From Prospective Offeror: Question 1a: Would you consider a large segmental retaining wall block as an alternative to the poured in place retaining wall that is currently specified? Response 1a: No we would not accept a segmental retaining wall. If precast sections were used and it met the dimensional and reinforcing requirements, than that would be ok.
