- Request for Quote with attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74, DFARS Change Notice 20140528 and Air Force Circular 2014-0421. (iv) There is no small business set-aside for this acquisition. The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 541990. (v) through (vii) see attached RFQ for the requirement. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (b) Submission of offerors is added to read Quotations shall be submitted in Euros and shall be submitted in the English language. Quotations received not in English will not be considered. Paragraph (c) Period of acceptance of offers tailored to read the offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer for 90 calendar days. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The evaluation factor is PRICE. The following submittals will be required with the quote to be considered for the award - 1. Proof of Certifications - a. Landesverordnung über Anlagen zum Umgang mit wassergefährdenden Stoffen und über Fachbetriebe (Anlagenverordnung - VAwS) b. Befugniserteilung (ZUES) 2. Justification of compliance with WHG, VAwS and BetrSichV. Offerors will be evaluated on the total price resulting from the total amounts of all CLINS 0001 to 4001 IAW the Performance Work Statement. Prices will be evaluated for fair and reasonableness IAW FAR 13.106-3. (x) The provision at 52.212-3, Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a copy with their quote. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are considered checked and applicable to the acquisition: (b)(1), (b)(4), (b)(8), (b)(29), (b)(40), (b)(44), (b)(50) and (b)(52).
