- The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (USACC-APG) intends to award a Sole Source contract with ARMORSOURCE, LLC, 3600 Hebron Road, Hebron, Ohio 43025-9657. The United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) has a requirement to procure Foreign Military Sales (FMS) PASGT HELMETS for various countries in the attachment. Responsible companies who have an interest in this requirement may submit a Capability Statement to the point of contact listed below, which will be considered only if they met the specifications attached to this notice. Funding is pending on this requirement and an award will be made NLT 30 September 2014.
