- ATEP I Extension - Justification and Approval 17 JULY 2014 - ATEP II ACQUISITION UPDATE - Justification and Approval for ATEP I Extension In accordance with FAR 6.305 and as required by 10 U.S.C. 2304(1) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(f), attached to this notice is the approved Justification and Approval document for the extension to the ATEP I contract. This action was required due to delays in the ATEP II Source Selection process. The Acquisition Team expects a decision and award of ATEP II contracts by Fall of 2014.
