- Performance Work Statement This is a Sources Sought Synopsis being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research. This is for planning purposes only and there is no solicitation available at this time. This is an initial step in the planning process to acquire support for the following requirement: The Airman and Family Readiness Center(A&FRC) Information and Referral Assistant. The Contractor shall provide program support, information and referral services for the Barksdale AFB Airman and Family Readiness Center (A&FRC). This project requires knowledge of military family support programming and extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with this Statement of Work. The contractor shall supply all services contained in this Statement of Work, but not limited to only those areas identified. The 2nd Contracting Squadron at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, seeks potential sources that can perform the required service. All potential offerors capable of performing this effort are invited to respond with capability packages no later than 01 Aug 2014. All potential offerors shall provide information sufficient enough to allow the Government to assess their capability to provide the required support, to include past/current performance under existing Government contracts. Any information provided as a result of this sources sought is voluntary and the Government will not pay for any information submitted. Interested offerors can submit their capability package via email to robert.ortegon@us.af.mil. Any potential acquisition will be set-aside 100% for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 561110, Office Administrative Services, which has a small business size standard of $7.5 million. This sources sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach.
