- REMOVE AND REPLACE SHINGLES ON (4) ROOFS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors: evaluation criteria and all Applicable FAR Clauses and Provisions are attached. FAR 52.237-1 - Site Visit (APR 1984) Contractors/Vendors are urged and expected to do a site visit at the location of the site where the work will be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of the contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. #HSCG27-14-Q- CVA80 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside procurement; the applicable NAICS is #238160, the Small Business Size Standard is $15.0M. The FOB Destination delivery is to: USCG SFO Fort Macon, 2301 East Fort Macon Road, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512.
