Debakey VAMC is seeking information relative to: SAQC REGULAR BCM SAMPLE QUALITY CHECK 90 SAQC REGULAR BCM SAMPLE QUALITY REPORT PER REQUEST 9 PROCESSING PER PLATE FOR qPCR 9 Reagent cost per sample qPCR 2 SNP's 90 The VAMC will provide, Genomic and RNA Profiling Core, with 90 samples for quality check. The purpose of this testing is to check for variation in testosterone levels and different patient responses. B. Work will be performed during normal working hours or as scheduled. Genomic and RNA Profiling Core. c. Federal holidays observed by the VAMC are: New Years' Day Martin Luther King Day Presidents' Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Columbus Day Veterans' Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day or any other day declared by the President of the United States to be a federal holiday. D. Payments: Services are for the period of June 1, 2014 through September 30, 2014. Payments shall be made upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice. Each invoice must be submitted electronically thru OB 10 e-invoicing system.
