- 580-14-4-4183-0255 DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK A. The Michael E. Debakey VAMC is seeking information relative to the following: SAQC REGULAR BCM SAMPLE QUALITY CHECK 90 SAQC REGULAR BCM SAMPLE QUALITY REPORT PER REQUEST 9 COST OF ARRAY AND PROCESSING FOR AFFY SNP ARRAYS 90 Reagent cost per sample qPCR 2 SNP's 90 SHIPPING AND HANDLING 1 The VAMC will provide Genomic and RNA Profiling Core, with 90 samples for quality check. The purpose of this testing is to sequence DNA samples from 90 patients for a comprehensive analysis of the polymorphisms in the CYP19A1 gene by microarray to determine if these polymorphisms correlate with response to testosterone therapy. B. Work will be performed during normal working hours or as scheduled. Genomic and RNA Profiling Core. c. Federal holidays observed by the VAMC are: New Years' Day Martin Luther King Day Presidents' Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Columbus Day Veterans' Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day or any other day declared by the President of the United States to be a federal holiday. D. Payments: Services are for the period of July 1, 2014 through September 30, 2014. Payments shall be made upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice. Each invoice must be submitted electronically thru OB 10 e-invoicing system.
