- E6-Navy-Paint SOW: AA-164F-13 Combined Synopsis Solicitation (CSS) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being solicited as "Sole Source" to B&B Tritech, Hialeah, FL. See attached Statement of Work for additional information. Award will be conducted and evaluated under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The responsible offeror must be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) database (available at: https://www.acquisition.gov) system per FAR 52.212-3. Offeror must also be registered in the System for Award Management and Central Contractor Registration databases (also available at: https://www.acquisition.gov ). FAR 52.212-1. Instructions to Offerors - Commercial applies to the acquisition. Quote must be rated as technically acceptable to be eligible for award. In order to be considered technically acceptable the proposal must meet all specifications of the solicitation to include required delivery dates, and the vendor must be on the Qualified Product List (QPL) for this paint stripper. Qualification procedures can take between 6 months and 1 year to complete. Vendors not on the current QPL will not be eligible for award on this contract. Used to remove topcoats and primers on military aircraft. Delivery Information: Delivery point will be FOB Destination, Tinker AFB, OK 73145. Two separate shipments: 1.First - Eighty (80) drums to be delivered 45 Days ARO. 2.Second - The remaining fifty-six (56) drums to be delivered 60 Days ARO.
