- Clouter Creek North Cell Disposal Area Dike Raising Clouter Creek North Cell Disposal Area Dike Raising Plans Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction and repair of Clouter Creek North Cell Disposal Area Dike Raising Project in Berkeley County, South Carolina. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2. The project consists of furnishing all plant, equipment, labor, transportation, fuel, lubricant, supplies, and material, and performing all operations in connection with moving materials within Clouter Creek Disposal Area. Work will include, but not be limited to deepening of drainage dikes, dike repair in the Highway Cell, clearing, and appurtenant items, repair of dikes, berms and ramps as shown on the drawings and in accordance with specifications. MAGNITUDE OF WORK $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $33,500,000.00. The solicitation and and subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the Internet. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Offerors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.sam.gov in order to view or download the solicitation documents. Solicitation documents, plans, and specifications will only be available at https://www.fbo.gov It is the responsibility of the bidders to monitor the website for notices and amendments.
