- Closed Captioning Live/508Compliant and Transcription (Prerecorded and Live) Services SUMMARY OF CHANGES Solicitation Number HQ0516-4100-0001-000 has been issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates the following with the word "Quoter" substituted for "Offeror". •· Extend the response from 2:30 pm EST July 21, 2014 to 2:30 pm EST July 30, 2014. •· Incorporate changes to the combined synopsis/solicitation as a result of the responses to the Questions. •· Incorporates Questions and Answers immediately below summary of changes. •· This procurement is restricted to 100% total small businesses set aside with NACIS Code 561492 and size standard of $14M. •· NAICS Code: 512191 Teleproduction and Other postproduction Services/Closed Captioning Services/Taped Material, small business size standard ($29.5M) and NAICS Code: 561492 Court Reporting and Stenotype/Real Time (i.e. simultaneous) with small business size standard ($14M) as the later NAICS Code: 561492 is the predominate code. •· Reference Contract line Item Number: 0001: Closed Captioning (Live) Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 USC 794d) deaf and hearing impairment compliance. •· Change Evaluation Factors: Technical, Past Performance, and Fair Market Price.
