- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The Department of Veterans Affairs is performing market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned, small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 541618, Other Management Consulting Services (size standard $14.0M) that can provide the following services: Contractor shall provide pain management program that consists of assessments, individual and group telephone coaching sessions by coaches that have been specifically trained in working with chronic pain patients. The Program must be documented, trackable and have outcomes data to support program. Coaches should have health coaching/education/healthcare professional backgrounds.
