- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. STATEMENT OF WORK INSTALLATION SECURITY CAMERA UPGRADE, PHASE I The Contractor shall provide server and IP encoders to replace existing surveillance head end. Include all applicable software licenses. Configure for operation with existing camera system. System must have a minimum of 6-month recordable storage onboard redundant capability. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the installation/configuration/testing of installed equipment. Contractor will have and/or provide the following qualifications: Complete site survey/visit prior to bid submission. Contractor must have a minimum of 5yrs experience in video surveillance systems Contractor must provide a minimum of 3 references for other like systems and installations. Contractor must provide a 36 month hardware and software warranty with 12 month on-site support beginning upon job completion and acceptance by user. Contractor must provide non-expiring site licenses for all cameras and encoders. Contractor must have a BICSI RCDD on staff to oversee the project. Contractor shall remove all debris from site. Work hours of operation are 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday- Friday. Include all applicable software licenses. Configure for operation with existing camera system. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the installation/configuration/testing of installed equipment. Contractor will have and/or provide the following qualifications: Complete site survey/visit prior to bid submission. Contractor must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in video surveillance systems Contractor must provide a minimum of 3 references for other like systems and installations. Contractor must provide a 36 month hardware and software warranty with 12 month on-site support beginning upon job completion and acceptance by user.
