- Request for Quote (RFQ) The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires Special Education (SPED) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Services for the Fort Jackson, SC DDESS Schools. The contract type for this requirement will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP), with one (1) Base Year and two (2) additional Option Years. Estimated Period of Performances are as follows: Base Year: 1 August 2014 - 31 July 2015 Option Year 1: 1 August 2015 - 31 July 2016 Option Year 2: 1 August 2016 - 31 July NOTE: This requirement is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Large businesses will not be considered for this required (see size standard below). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular as of this date. The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing. FSC Code: U009 Education Services. NAICS Code: 61111-Elementary and Secondary Schools, Small Business Size Standard: $14 M.
