- Draft Agenda VENDOR COLLABORATION: AFRL/RW Small Business BAA WORKSHOP Amendment Posted 17 July 2014: Attached is a copy of the draft Agenda. Amendment Posted 15 July 2014: Attached additional directions to the Doolittle Institute in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Still working on the Agenda and Presentations. Drafts will be posted soon. Amendment Posted 25 June 2014: Registration is open until 11:59 p.m. (CST) on 23 July 2014. There is still room for attendance at the morning presentations. However, there is only one time slot remaining for the one-on-one meetings scheduled for the afternoon of 31 July 2014. This remaining time slot will be filled on a first come first served basis. Afterwards, we will maintain a waiting list, in the order requests are received, in case there are any cancellations. The draft agenda should be posted in the next week or so. ***IMPORTANT*** Please complete the attached Registration Form for each attendee and submit it, via email to aac.sb@us.af.mil no later than 11:59 p.m. (CST) on 23 July 2014. Each small business is authorized to register up to, but no more than, 3 attendees. Amendment Posted 16 June 2014: The previous amendment was only supposed to correct the current BAA Combined Synopsis/Solicitation title and link, but it wiped out almost the entire text of this announcement. This amendment is to add the correct text back in. The AFLCMC Small Business Office (AFLCMC/SB) and Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL/RW) at Eglin AFB, FL will host a no cost AFRL/RW Small Business (SB) Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) Workshop, 8:00 a.m. (CST) to 5:00 p.m. (CST) on 31 July 2014, at the Doolittel Institute, 73 Eglin Pkwy, Suite 112, (Uptown Station), Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. The intent of this workshop is to provide small businesses a better understanding of the BAA process, procedures, and available opportunities. Registration Procedures for Workshop: Complete the attached Registration Form for each attendee and submit it, via email to aac.sb@us.af.mil no later than 11:59 p.m. (CST) on 23 July 2014. Due to limited capacity, each small business is authorized to register up to, but no more than, 3 attendees. AFRL/RW will provide presentations during the morning. After lunch there are 15-minute one-on-one time slots available for 18 small businesses interested in formally discussing their capabilitities with AFRL/RW program managers and contracting personnel. These one-on-one meetings will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Please indicate on your Registration Form whether you are interested in being scheduled for one of the time slots available. If you indicate that you are interested, you will be notified of the time slot you are shceduled for. Once all 18 time slots are filled, we will close the opportunity for one-on-one meetings by posting an amendment to this special notice. There will also be time available for informal networking throughout the morning for those companies not scheduled for a formal 15-minute one-on-one meeting, where business cards and capability statements can be exchanged.
