- The 900th Contingency Contracting Command of Fort Bragg, NC intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis to: Screenvision Direct, Inc. 360 Linden Oaks, Suite 220 Rochester, NY 14625-2814 This requirement is to provide 30-second video clips of outreach information that will be shown to Soldiers and Families visiting the Carmike movie theater in Fayetteville, NC and the Millstone movie theater in Hope Mills, NC. This requirement is in support of the Fort Bragg Army Community Service and will be for a base period of 12 months, with an approximate beginning date of 23 September 2014. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide this service, then please respond by 31 July 2014, 1400hrs EST with your firms capability.
