- Applicable Provisions and Clauses Brand Name Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See restrictions below for brand name only, brand name justification is attached. The solicitation number is AG-3144-S-14-JT02 and shall be referenced on all quotes and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74. All future information about this acquisition including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210, Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $25.0M. This requirement is a total small business set-aside and only qualified Offerors will be considered. Interested parties are required to submit quotes by the closing date and time identified within this posting. The Government plans to award a single Firm Fixed Price award. Quotes will be evaluated and award issued to the vendor that provides the best value to the Government based on evaluation factor(s) of: price. The following brand name only items are being sought: Tricerat Brand Software 64bit Screwdrivers Subscription and Support Renewal: Qty: 70 ; Current expiration of 8/31/2014 The requirement is for one year of subscription/support for a period of 9/1/2014-8/31/2015. Delivery will be via electronic delivery and full delivery information will be provided at time of award. For a quote to be considered responsive it must include, at a minimum, the following: 1) Product description, unit price, extended price; 2) DUNS Number; 3) solicitation number; 4) Payment terms See attached document for applicable Clauses and Provisions.
