- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation/combo W9127P-14-Q-0013 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business set aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code 541990 and the small business size standard is $6.5M. The intent of the Virgin Islands National Guard is to award a firm fixed price contract. Basis of award: lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) CLIN 0001: Master's Level Clinical Social Worker to provide broad behavioral health (mental health) services, including counseling and case management, to Virgin Islands National Guard members and their families. Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: Job Period of performance: Six (6) months. CLIN 0002: Travel. Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: Job Period of performance: Six (6) months. Attachment: Performance Work Statement Attached. Offerors are required to comply will all terms and conditions as outlined in the attached PWS. Requirements: The contractor will submit verification of employee's possession of a current Virgin Islands Clinical Social Work license and other requirements in accordance with 27 VIC 533, 534, 538 and 542 with their bid.
