- PROJECT TITLE/LOCATION: Remove and replace the roof on two existing buildings; Parker Hall and Coffin Complex, which are located on the campus of Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU), located in Lawrence, Kansas; Douglas County. PROJECT CONSISTS OF: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation to replace and install new roofs in accordance with the Statement of Work. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is set-aside exclusively for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238160, Roofing Contractors with a size standard of $14.0 million. This Solicitation Package includes the following: An itemized Bid Schedule, Scope of Work, Prevailing Wage Determination and Bid Bond Form.
