Description

Redacted Sole Source Justification The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis an OMICRON CMC 256plus high precision relay test set and universal calibrator and associated software. Included in this unit is the latest version of OMICRON test Universe software (DVD) under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received within 10 days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
