- The Art of Diplomatic Persuasion Course Development For this new course, FSI is seeking an innovative approach that extends the learning outside of the classroom where possible and integrates the use of educational technologies to ensure a highly experiential learning process for participants. Course content is intended to provide foreign affairs professionals with the skills to assess unstated preferences and points of view and to use those insights to advocate, persuade, and influence outcomes.
