- Draft CDRLs Draft contract (9) CBA (8) GFP (7) Support Equipment Tooling (6) SCW1 IMRL (5) VQ-3 & 4 IMRL (4) CFM Engine Preservation (3) CLS Parts Inventory (2) DD Form 254 (1) Draft Performance Work Statement This is a follow-up announcement to previously posted SOURCES SOUGHT E-6B_CLS. The Sources Sought announcement includes details of the aircraft and general tasking required. DRAFT RFP: N00019-14-R-1007 Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), Sections A - M, draft Attachments 1-9 and draft Exhibits A001-A008 are hereby posted for industry review and comment. INDUSTRY FEEDBACK to DRAFT RFP: Comments may be submitted with regard to this DRAFT solicitation but are strictly voluntary and will be considered by the Government to further refine the requirement and enhance the solicitation. Such comments should be submitted no later than 27 August 2014 to the Contract Specialist, Kerry Harding, at kerry.harding@navy.mil, with a copy to the Contracting Officer, Adam Caudle, at adam.caudle@navy.mil. The Government may not respond to any draft RFP question after this date. The Government intends to post responses to industry's comments to FBO, reserving the right to answer related questions under one response. As the Government intends to post replies to questions, ensure that there is no proprietary information in the question(s). The Government intends to issue the FINAL solicitation in September 2014. Please continue to monitor this website for updated information as it becomes available. The Government anticipates hosting an Industry Day in August 2014 at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, OK for potential bidders and subcontractors.
