Description

IMPORTANT!!! This Amendment (0001) is added to change the aquisition from 100% small business set aside to UNRESTRICTED (full & open)! It is also applied to extend the solicitation deadline to 23 July 2014, 9:00 a.m. local (central) time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Iowa Army National Guard's Warrior & Family Services Branch will sponsor its Annual State Youth Symposium 3-9 August 2014 and requires lodging, meals, and youth activities. The Family Services Branch wishes to host the annual Symposium at a facility that meets or exceeds the specifications listed within the Statement of Work and this located within a 30-mile radius of the Spencer, Iowa area (within Iowa borders).
