- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912L9-14-T-0036, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-72. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 811310 and the small business size standard is $7.0M. The following commercial services are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001: Description: Annual Air Compressor Maintenance, Bldg. 732 Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: Job STATEMENT OF WORK FORT WAYNE, IN 46809-3158 ***This solicitation is for a base year and four (4) option years.*** Statement of Work can be found as an attachment to this solicitation. Any questions, including requests to extend the deadline for submission of quotes, must be submitted to the email included at the end of this solicitation. END STATEMENT OF WORK The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions [P] and clauses [C] apply to this acquisition: [P] 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). [P] 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. [C] 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; [C] 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. Offerors not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database @ www.sam.gov may not be considered for award.
