- Description
- Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo Texas, requires a contract for Preventative Maintenance for a Dental Sterilizer at Goodfellow AFB, TX. The Contractor will provide quote that fits the attached specifications. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under procedures of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, the size standard is $19,000,000.00. The anticipated Period of Performance is 01 August 2014 through 31 July 2015 for the base year and there will be four option years after that. All offers must be registered at the System for Award Management website at www.sam.gov, and have a tax identification number and a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. DUNS information and/or application can be accessed at http://smallbusiness.dnb.com or by calling 1-800-234-3867. The solicitation will be posted on or about 17 July 2014. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government.
