Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Contracting Office has a requirement to procure pharmaceuticals for delivery to the CMOP facility in Leavenworth, KS. They are as follows: Besifloxacin.6% OPH SUSP 5ML, 5 Per Ea, Quantity of 72 Loteprednol.5/Tobramycin.3% OPH SUSP 5ML, 5 Per Ea, quantity of 36 Prednisolone 5MG Tab, 100 per Bottle, Quantity 24 bottles The Product Code is 6505; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412.
