- UPDATE: Amendment #5 has been posted to FBO. Quotes are due 10:00AM (CST) on 25 JULY 2014. This amendment removes Thermo Targets from this requirement. This requirement is for Bullet Stop Material ONLY! Contractors must return one signed copy of each Amendment with their quote. In response to the solicitation/request for quote for this requirement, Offerors shall submit supporting documentation as well as samples of each Stationary Infantry (SIT) and Stationary Armor Target (SAT). See solicitation documentation for details. ************************ THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY! SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR BEFORE 12 MARCH 2014. MICC Fort McCoy intends to post Request for Quote (RFQ) W911SA-14-T-0010 for Bullet Stop Material and Thermo Targets, with delivery to Fort McCoy, WI. The resultant Contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. This procurement is Set-Aside for Small Business under the NAICS Code 326299 with a size standard of 500 Employees. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
