- Description
- The National Park Service - Denver Service Center intends to make a sole-source award to M.E. Group for to satisfy its contractual minimum guarantee under an expired IDIQ. This award will be made by obligation of a separate sole source purchase order directly to M.E. Group. It has been determined that it is in the best interest of the Government to issue this purchase order for inspection, survey, and pre-design services to repair storm damage to electrical systems at Fort Tilden in Jamaica Bay, Gateway National Recreation Area which represents a bona fide Government need which M.E. Group is qualified for and can successfully perform and complete. It is in the Government's best interest to procure these services from M.E. Group as consideration in return for the minimum guarantee. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be available. Firms that believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 10 days from the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose to notify.
