- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. The NOAA, National Marine Fisheries Service, Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center, Director's Office, located in Honolulu, HI, requires the services of an an organizational consultant/executive coach for consultation and advice to senior managers to enhance leadership skills and organizational effectiveness of the Science Center. The successful contractor will assist with team building and development training for different working groups and/or committees. Interested parties must furnish detailed information concerning their capability to provide the required service. Information should provide sufficient detail to demonstrate the firm's knowledge and ability to perform requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541990 with a corresponding size standard of $14.0 million. All interested parties must respond to this announcement byJuly 31, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. (Hawaii time). All responses must be in writing and emailed to the attention of Contrating Officer, Stephanie Garnett at stephanie.m.garnett@noaa.gov. This procurement also requires contractors to complete the electronic representations and certifications at the SAM website. All vendors doing business with the Government are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). NO award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM.
