- DOL Wage Determination # 2005-2229, Rev. 13, dated 6/19/2013 Past Performance Questionnaire & Evaluation Factors Statement of Work SF 1449, Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Information Page, Pricing Schedule. FAR & Contract Clauses The U.S. Marshals Service has a requirement for a food service vendor to purchase well-balanced, nutritional food in accordance with the attached SOW. Furthermore, the subject vendor shall ensure that the food is delivered, prepared, cooked, served, and the Government-furnished dining facility and kitchen are kept clean at all times.
