- United States Military Training Mission, Eskan Village, Saudi Arabia intends to award at least one Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Interpreter contract. Requirement is for interpreter services able to translate Arabic to English and English to Arabic. An understanding of military jargon will be required for interpreter to perform duties. Proposals will be solicited under solicitation number FA4885-14-R-0011. This service contract will be made as a result of Full and Open Competition. The solicitation notice will be a request for competitive proposals. The anticipated award date is 24 September 2014. A Sources Sought was posted on 24 June 2014 in order to determine adequate competition for the proposed requirement. This market research found that a sufficient number of vendors could provide the services required. The period of performance will be one year from date of award plus four options years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541930 - Translation and Interpretation Services.
