- Attached is the Performance Work Statement for the Driver Familiarization Requirement at RAF Lakenheath SOURCES SOUGHT: The 48th Contracting Squadron, RAF Lakenheath, England is seeking sources to provide classroom and hands-on certified driver's training to newcomers in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Vendors who believe they can meet or exceed all of the requirements described in this notice are requested to submit, in writing, appropriate documentation, literature, brochures, and other pertinent information to demonstrate that the stated requirements can be fulfilled. Responses must include the following: Name and address; Cage Code if presently SAM.gov registered. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. No solicitation currently exists; therefore, please do not request a copy of a solicitation. A formal solicitation is expected to be released in the month of August 2014, and will be made available on FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of each interested party to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation or synopsis. Respondents deemed fully qualified will be considered in any resultant solicitation for the requirement. Questions should be emailed to Nick Murray at nick.murray.1@us.af.mil.
