- Bid Guarantee form - MUST be used Wages - Waterfront Repairs, USCG ANT Bristol; HSCGG1-14-B-PRV218 Invitation for Bids - Waterfront Repairs, USCG ANT Bristol; HSCGG1-14-B-PRV218 This is a solicitation using Sealed Bidding (FAR Part 14). Solicitation is HSCGG1-14-B-PRV218 See attached IFB for further information. Questions are due 31 July 2014, 2 PM Proposals are due 13 August 2014, 2 PM Plans and drawings were posted with the synopsis and are attached thereto. The work includes: BASE BID ITEM * repairing piles by posting, wrapping, jacketing methods * repairing spalling on the pile caps * resealing the deck and expansion joints * repairing spall ing on the utility vault and * replacing a broken cleat OPTIONAL BID ITEM 1 Tieback repairs on the NORTH side of the pier Other repairs as indicated on drawing sheet S-104 OPTIONAL BID ITEM 2 Tieback repairs on the SOUTH side of the pier Other repairs as indicated on drawing sheet S-104 Estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000. Period of Performance is 30 days for admin and submittals and 270 days for on-site construction. Bids will be due no fewer than 30 days after release of the IFB. Bids must be valid for a minimum of 90 days. This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR Parts 5, 14, and 19. The acquisition will be a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The small business size standard for this NAICS code (237990) is $33.5M. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted on this website (FBO.gov). Bidders are required to acknowldedge with their bid any and all amendments. A bid guarantee is required in the amount of 20% of the total bid. Payment and performance bonds will be required from the awardee in the amount of 100% of the total award. Funds are not currently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the bid opening/closing date.
