- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Teledyne Benthos. The requirement is for the purchase of: Item 0001 ATM-900 Series Modem, LF Omni-Directional. Includes 6000m rated modem with integrated LF omni-directional transducer, internal alkaline battery, stainless steel mounting sidebar, dummy plug connector, programming cable and electronic manual. Options: In-Band Acoustic Recorder, Wave Play Qty: 2 Each Item 0002 ATM-900 Series Modem, PCB Kit LF, Omni-Directional, Includes PCB modem kit mounded to chassis, 6000m rated remote LF omni-directional transducer, two (2) meter remote transducer pigtail cable, dummy plug connector, interface cabling for transducer, power and serial connection to customer instrument and electonic manual. Qty: 5 Each This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply.
