In addition, please find the requirements that a prospective vendor should demonstrate: Provide open system architecture to allow FAA engineers to make changes in a timely manner Proven track record to support full-scale aircraft/aerospace structural testing in the aerospace industry Reliable support system: troubleshooting, maintenance, modifications, software patches & updates, on-site installation & commissioning Ability to deliver turnkey, stand-alone unit with direct support of all system components Readily expandable system capable of adding components to support future fixture modifications In addition to providing information about meeting the FAA's requirements, all interested vendors must submit the following: 1. Completed Business Declaration Form, and any SBA certification letters (if applicable) 2. Comments concerning the Market Survey are welcome and optional. The FAA will consider all comments received. All submissions in response to this market survey must be received by 5:00pm EDT on July 28, 2014. Send response via email to Nicole.Saiauskie@faa.gov.
