- Amendment to this Combo includes changes and answers to the following questions: More information will follow. This solicitation is being extended until 31 July 2014. As soon as answers to questions are received, they will be posted. CLINs 0003 & 0004: The classes are two different courses, CLIN 0003 is ICND1 and CLIN 0004 is ICND2. The classes should be 5 days and should be delivered during the normal work week. There will not an internet connection outside of the DoD firewall. Instructor will have to provide an outside connection for computer access along with the computers. The classroom will include normal items such as a whiteboard, markers and an LCD projector for the instructor slides. The same personnel will attend the two ICND courses but various personnel will attend the other two courses. There is no nationality requirement for the instructor other than fluent English and the ability to gain access to a DoD Installation. Materials must be Authorized Cisco materials.
