- Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Contractor shall provide Maintenance of Green Areas and Swimming pool maintenance services at the Chancery building, CMR, DCR for the U.S. Post Caracas. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps web site. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date, please see the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the actual date.
