- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to procure Krug Solis Chairs for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Menlo Park Division located at 795 Willow Rd., Menlo Park, California 94304. This requirement is to purchase furniture to replace old, worn out and soiled patient seating -way beyond the warranty schedule within Menlo Park Community Living Center. As part of the scope of work will be the removal and disposal of old seating. Procurement request is to include minimal project management time fee to supply and deliver. THIS RFQ SHALL BE SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. Questions regarding the solicitation shall be sent in writing to mandy.thompson2@va.gov.
