- SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY: This sources sought notice is for information for market research purposes only. The Government is conducting market research to determine sources, appropriate acquisition strategy, and appropriate set-asides. The Government is asking for responses from businesses capable of providing services as described within this notice. This notice is not a request for Quote or Proposal. Responses to this announcement are not considered quotes or offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses will not be utilized for evaluation in any resultant solicitation. The Government shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred in response to this sources sought announcement. Participation is strictly voluntary. The Mission and Installation Command at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, has an anticipated requirement to convert an existing SharePoint based Admissions Committee workflows and evaluation processes into a new module in the Academy Management System. Sources shall have knowledge of ColdFusion CFC components, MVC frameworks, and current feature set in ColdFusion9. Strong skills in T-SQL, XML/XSLT/XSL, Ajax, WSDL and SOAP, Java-Script, JSON, CSS, HTML, DHTML, ColdFusion. Shall also have a good understanding of Architectural Software Design concepts (Object Oriented Design, Object Relational Mapping, UML Diagrams). The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is one year. Interested parties shall provide a full description of their capabilities to meet/perform the anticipated requirement. The NAICS code for this is 541511 and the small business size standard is $25.5M. All interested parties shall submit their capabilities and include your current business status; small, 8(a), HubZone, SDVOSB, etc. This notice will close on July 16, 2014 at 4:30 PM EST.
