- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a Time and Materials purchase order for a base year and three (3) option years for the delivery of unleaded gasoline and low sulfur diesel fuels to the Maintenance Yard at the Lake Berryessa Recreation Resource Office. The tank for unleaded gasoline holds 2000 gallons and the tank for diesel holds 500 gallons. This requirement is being advertised under NAICS Code is: 454310, with a size standard of 50 employees. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Small Business. Solicitation R14PS00638 will be posted on or about July 15, 2014. All quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to ahollowell@usbr.gov. The solicitation shall be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
