- Description
- The New York Harbor Healthcare System - New York Campus utilizes a NetSmart Technologies Inc. myAvatar system in the Opiate Replacement Treatment Program (ORTP) and is seeking to upgrade the current program with the same contractor as a Brand Name Sole Source. In the interest of seeking competition, the purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine the interest and capability of firms who offer an alternative, compatible program that can a) provide system admin and installation of the Cache Software remotely; b) provide license support for ten users; c) provide on-site and remote training to end users; d) provide maintenance support for one year. Capabilities include transfer data from the prior AMS version to an alternative, compatible system; convert patient demographic data and the patient's current methadone order; and HL-7 Interface programs for the alternative, compatible program to Clinical Patient Record System (CPRS) applications. NAICS - 511210 This Notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties are to provide a capabilities statement and any other pertinent information in sufficient detail for the Government to determine compatibility. Additionally include in the reply the firm's name, DUNS #, and point of contact with e-mail address. All responses are to be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer identified below by 9:00AM EDT, July 21, 2014.
