- Description
- This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Montevideo, Uruguay will launch the solicitation on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. This solicitation is for cell phone and other related mobile communications services. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, for one base year with 2 one-year options. This solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps - no paper copies will be mailed. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about late July or early August. The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on initial offer without discussion. Offerors must have all required permits and authorizations to provide cell phone and related mobile communications services in Uruguay.
