- NASA/GSFC has a requirement for one custom cryogenic dewar assembly. The assembly consists of a number of individual parts, to be manufactured per attached NASA supplied drawings and spread sheet. There are NASA supplied drawings for 49 individual parts, denoted by "PART" in column D of the attached spreadsheet. Column B denotes the part number, column C denotes the file name of the part drawing, and column E shows the required number of pieces for each part to be fabricated. The specifications and drawings are linked above or may be accessed at http://prod.nais.nasa.g ov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=. ] The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. The quote due date of on or before August 1, 2014, local time.All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/p ub_library/Omb.html. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than July 23, 2014. Oral communication will not be accepted.
