- CDRL A003 CDRL A002 CDRL A001 QASP PWS RFP This is the official presolicitation notice for RFP number FA4452-14-R-0014. 763 SCONS/PKA, Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a firm fixed price (FFP) contract as a follow-on for customer services and application support for the current commercial contract, FA4452-10-D-0003. This procurement will be solicited sole source to Applied Aeronautical Systems Inc., 31 Upper Trafalgar Place, Montreal, Quebec, CANADA H3H 1T2. Applied Aeronautical systems Inc. maintains proprietary ownership over all intellectual concepts pertaining to their products, and is the sole supplier of the proprietary source code used in maintaining and providing this highly specialized service on their products. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
