- The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to upgrade cemetery landscape at Fort Devens, MA. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. This synosis is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for quote. The solicitation will be posted on or about 15 July 2014. The closing date will be stated in block #8 of the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, and register in the System for Award Management SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM at time of award may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.
