- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCAC has a requirement for Custodial Services. The contractor sh a ll provide all personne l, equipment, materials, supplies, transportati o n, supervision, and o t her it e ms and services necessary to perform custodi a l services to p r esent a clean, neat and professional appearance at Jonathan Dickinson Mis s ile Tracking Annex ( J DMTA ), Facility 28001, in accordance with all loca l, state, and f ederal l aws and base policie s. The performance period for this project will for five (5) years (base year plus four one year option periods). Place of performance: JDMTA Facility, 18205 S.E. County Rd., Bldg. 28005, Hobe Sound, FL. 33469. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, responsive/responsible offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-14-T-0007 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised business size of $16.5M and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561720. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on 18 Jul 14 at www.fbo.gov. Proposals may be submitted via hard copy, fax (321-853-0904), or e-mail. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON. Anticipated award date will be on or after 1 Oct 2014.
