- SOLICITATION This solicitation is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Dive has a sole source requirement for 1 (one) each of Mensor Corporation Calibration Pressure Controllers p/n CPC6000-2, CPC6000-3 and CPC6000-4. Firm Fixed Prices are being solicited. This requirement is being issued as a sole source to Mensor Corporation, 201 Barnes Drive, San Marcos TX, 78666-5994. THESE ITEMS ARE FOREIGN MILITARY SALE ITEMS FOR THE UNITED KINGDOM. THE U.K REQUIRES THESE EXACT MENSOR CORPORATION ITEMS IN ORDER TO MATCH EXISTING MENSOR EQUIPMENT CURRENTLY USED BY THE U.S. IN THEIR SECOND LEVEL ACTIVITIES AND CALIBRATION LABORATORIES SUPPORTING THIS STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAM. THE U.K VERSION OF THIS PROGRAM IS REQUIRED TO MATCH THE U.S. PROGRAM AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE AND IN ORDER TO DO SO, ONLY THESE ITEMS ARE ACCEPTABLE. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-14-T-0231; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Offers may be faxed to 812-854-1747 or e-mailed to eugene.colvin@navy.mil. At the present time buyer does not have telephone access due to a recent move. All required information must be received on or before 4:30 PM local time.
