- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division EOD Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head, Maryland, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Minneapolis, MN 55421-1402. The contractor shall manufacture, assemble, test and deliver 7,720 MK 295 Mod 0 57mm High Explosive Pre-fragmented, Programmable Proximity Fuze (HE-3P) Cartridges. This is a sole source acquisition to be negotiated with BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., ASD. BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., ASD, is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform the work in the required time frame. THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This procurement is for non-commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 15. The NAICS Code is 332993 and FSC Code 1310. THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
